Point Lookout and Mothership Zeta Announced

We announced two new DLCs planned for all three platforms:

  • Point Lookout – Explore a massive new swampland area filled with new quests and content. Point Lookout will be available in late June for Xbox 360 and PC. Cost will be 800 points or $9.99. It will be available through Xbox Live and Games for Windows Live and through token cards available at retail. Point Lookout will be available on PLAYSTATION 3 after the first three DLCs have been released.

  • Mothership Zeta – The aliens have returned, and they’re pissed. Experience an alien abduction first hand and find out if you’re tough enough to survive. Mothership Zeta is scheduled for release in late July for Xbox 360 and PC. Cost will be 800 points or $9.99. It will be available through Xbox Live and Games for Windows Live and through token cards available at retail. Mothership Zeta will be available on PLAYSTATION 3 after Point Lookout.

"If the actual gameplay and controls can match the stylized combat, pulp film paint job, and special effects-laden presentation, WET could blur the line between Hollywood blockbuster and videogame like no title before it."

"The intriguing combat system is something like a Tony Hawk and Gears of War mash-up. It's acrobatic. It's filled with combos and wall runs. And the bullets and blood never stop flying."

Kotaku Kotaku
"Another fun touch is the game's Rage Mode. These sequences, which are activated automatically about seven or eight times throughout the game, turn the already stylized look of WET into an animated snuff flick… in a good way."

"Lara Croft always hid her psychopathic leanings under the veneer of an English rose, but Wet’s ‘problem-fixer’ Rubi is the Kill Bill ideal taken to extremes: a one-woman Fox Force Five who performs her tasks with merciless glee."
